NiftyTrackers offers the following payment methods:

When making online payments, users must provide their 16-digit card number, expiration date, and 3-digit CVV (found on the back of the card). Additionally, to complete the transaction, users need to have their card enrolled in programs such as Verified by Visa (VBV), MasterCard Secure Code (MSC), or a similar security service. Card statements for these payments will reflect that the transaction was made to NiftyTrackers.

Please note that for third-party statements, including those from banks or credit card providers, the merchant name may appear in an abbreviated format. NiftyTrackers does not control this and cannot adjust it. To confirm a subscription or course purchase on the site, users must successfully complete the payment for the selected services.

Beware of Fraudulent Activity :
NiftyTrackers strongly advises against engaging with individuals or entities misrepresenting themselves as official representatives, partners, or affiliates of NiftyTrackers (referred to here as “impostors”). We do not endorse or authorize any offers, discounts, or services provided by these parties. Disputes and Jurisdiction :
Any disputes regarding the use of the NiftyTrackers website shall be addressed through a two-step process:

Mediation – The matter will first be handled by a neutral mediator chosen by both parties. If a mutual mediator cannot be agreed upon within two suggestions, NiftyTrackers reserves the right to select the mediator. Mediation is non-binding.
Arbitration – If mediation fails, the dispute will proceed to binding arbitration with a three-member board, one chosen by each party and a third selected by the initial two members. Arbitration will take place in Kolkata, India, and proceedings will be conducted in English.

Should mediation and arbitration be unsuccessful, disputes will be referred to the courts in Kolkata, India.

Refund/Cancellation Policy :

Courses provided by NiftyTrackers are generally non-refundable. However, in certain exceptional cases, a refund may be granted if the request is made within 7 working days of purchase.

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

If access to the course was not provided.
If a duplicate payment was made by the customer. In such cases, the refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.
If video quality issues render the course non-functional.
In case of cancellation of any live events.

Conditions Under Which Refunds May Be Denied:
NiftyTrackers reserves the right to deny refund requests in the following cases:

If a significant portion of the course has already been accessed or downloaded by the student.
If a student has previously requested multiple refunds for the same course.
If the course was purchased through a third-party vendor, as NiftyTrackers does not handle third-party transactions and cannot issue refunds for those purchases. The refund request should be directed to the third-party provider as per their policy.
If the course is provided in collaboration with a certification or educational partner, such as NSE, NCDEX, or other affiliates, the refund request will depend on the partner's approval.
If the refund request is found to be insincere or there are signs of misuse of the service.
For timed events, such as live sessions or webinars, if the student did not attend for personal reasons and the event has already concluded, no refund will be provided.

Refund Processing Period and mode :
Approved refund requests will generally be processed within 10 working days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Privacy :

We encourage you to review our Privacy Policy to make informed choices regarding your personal information. Certain data you share with NiftyTrackers—such as photos, demographics, or other personal details—may reveal information like your gender, nationality, and age. By submitting such information, you agree that it is provided voluntarily.
